A month into the new year and resolutions might be waning. Let’s write down and review our new years sweet as sugar goals and resolutions so we can keep on track.

When you thought about entering the sugar lifestyle were you determined to fund a business, pay for school, buy a car? What were your sugar goals you set for yourself this year and how are you moving towards them?
List out the sugar goals you can reach for this year and put them somewhere you’ll see them often. After each resolution brainstorm how you can reach it, what it will look like if you follow your resolution (inspiration girls!), and how you can get yourself back on track if your resolution starts fading mid-year (or mid-month!).

New or veteran, read through your profile. You may have been excited when you wrote it and hit publish without really reading it aloud. Make sure it is updated and complete. How can you stand out? What do you offer? Why should a daddy contact you? It’s your time to shine, baby!
Check for any spelling mistakes. Grammarly can be used on all devices so you’ll never send a message that makes you look unrefined.
2. Update Sugar Photos
You don’t need professional shots but are your pictures clear? Make them natural and use adequate lighting.
We know better than to use the photos posted on other social media sites (think stalkers and google reverse image search! Yikes!). Our sugar profile pictures need to stay specific to our sugar persona.
Do you feature at least one full body shot (tastefully taken of course)? None of your pictures need to be overly sexy, in fact going overboard is likely to attract the wrong sort of potential daddies. Make sure all location data is erased from the uploaded image!

3. Do One Thing Each Day to Focus on Self-Care
Every girl has their routine that makes them feel on their game. Is there a step you have been slacking on or something new you would like to add to your feel-good list. Care for your mind, body, and soul. Here are some suggestions,
Drink More Water
Set a Reminder on your phone to get a water bottle out of the fridge and take at least one sip of water. Come on, just one tiny sip of water. This pavlovian training will get you in the sipping habit.
With easy access, you are bound to drink the whole bottle.

We aren’t all beauty, let’s keep our brains fine-tuned. Rotate through a different genre each month. For example
January– A current event book to keep us up to date in conversations like this or this.
February a classical literature piece like this or this for a refined cultural background.
March a finance and leadership book like this to grow our money (or daddy’s). And so on…

Beef up your skincare routine
Show your face some love. Use a face cream at least once a day and remove all makeup at night.
Keep those manicured hands soft for flirting. Keep hand cream in your purse, on your desk, in the bathroom, on the kitchen sink. When it’s there you’ll likely use it.
Show off those sexy legs and let daddy give you a body lotion massage.

Essential oils for hair
Essential oils make your hair glamorous and dial up the shine! If you are worried about your hair looking greasy try an overnight hair oil mask and shampoo normally in the morning. A great choice to get started is castor oil or argan oil will get you luxurious locks in no time! If you want to add a scent try a few drops of essential grade oils such as lavender oil, rosemary oil, or peppermint oil on your brush.

Exercise at least 3 times per week
Staying active will keep you stronger, sharper, and fill you with feel-good endorphins. Join a gym, enroll in a class, call up a friend and walk in the park. Love your body and keep that sexy thang moving!

Journal every day
Is your schedule out of control? Ever had a though boil up in your mind that was hard to let go and continued to affect you? Our thoughts control our moods and our actions. Being disorganized can be a huge stressor! When is that date with daddy again (when will I get my allowance??) How do I feel about that POT? Who is this guy texting me?
Taking notes and writing down your ideas, experiences, and goals can help you organize your thoughts. Check out bullet journaling, keep a diary, or fill in your planner. You can even personalize your own! Keep your mind happy and healthy!

4. Snag a Sugar Relationship that Pays the Rent
While everyone wants a whale daddy, landing a sugar relationship that reliably pays the rent is a realistic goal for a sugar partner.
Many sugar experts and long term sugar babies define a “good” sugar allowance as one that can pay a 1 bedroom apartment in your location’s market. If you are new this might be a sweet sugar goal to shoot for.
