Types of Sugar Bags
A large bag with pockets works well on meet-and-greets. If you can find one with a zippered internal pocket they are great to store your wallet. Think about pouches to organize your make-up and toiletries. Finally, you’ll want a wallet to store your documents and cash.

Id and Cash
- ID/ License. If you don’t plan on sharing your true identity with your POT/ SD hide any cards or identifying information either behind other cards or in other unusual compartments of your wallet, zippered is best. Always bring your bag with you to the restroom. You may consider putting your id in the back of your phone case, a mint container, or any other unusual spot a POT/ SD would really have to dump your bag out to find.
- $50- $100 cash. Make sure you have cash to grab a taxi.
- Debit/ credit cards. Even though you don’t plan on paying for the date. Always bring some card with you. What if this POT is a total fake and leaves you with the bill?
- Metro cards or transportation APP like Uber. You want to be able to provide your own transportation if needed!

Cell Phone
Bring your fully charged cell phone and a travel charger with you. Keep this on you at all times!
For added safety, especially on a meet & greet and the first few dates provide someone trusted with your location. You don’t need to tell them exactly what is going on, you can imply you are o a date though. Many apps like Find My Friends and Life, allow you to share your location with a contact, do it!
Have a friend on speed dial that you can call in an emergency or if you need an excuse to book it out of there.
Condoms
Even if you are only going on a planned
Consider if you’ll need lube and bring a small or travel size bottle.
Protection
If you feel it necessary, carry a small pocket knife or mace. More importantly, meet in public and don’t get into cars with him or go to his home in the beginning (or ever).
If you’ll be using your car, consider that keys can be used as a weapon if needed. I’m pretty sure every girl who walks home at night knows this trick!
Consider taking self-defense classes.

Toiletries
Make-up
Your makeup is likely to fade on longer dates and especially after intimacy.
Pack some make up wipes or baby wipes for smudges or re-dos.
For touch-ups bring along at least the essentials; powder, lipstick, and a hand mirror.
If you have a larger bag consider taking along other aspects of your make-up routine such as concealer, foundation, mascara, and a make-up brush.
Hair Accessories
Your hair is also likely to get messed up the longer the date extends.
Bring along a
- Hair elastic. If you are active on the date, it gets hot out, or you engage in intimacy sometimes a hair elastic can be a life saver!
Smell Amazing
You’ll want to bring a travel-sized deodorant to freshen up.
To reinvigorate your scent and leave your POT/ SD aching for more, bring along a travel-sized body spray or perfume.
Fresh Breath
You don’t want to be worrying about your breath. Pack some gum or mints or travel-sized mouth wash.
Bring along a travel-sized toothbrush & toothpaste. You can excuse yourself to the ladies room and brush away the main course.
Don’t forget the Floss! You’ll feel more calm and confident when you know there is no food in your teeth.
Period
We never can be sure when the need will arise. Pack your cup, tampons, and/or pads or pantyliners. No need to bleed the perfect outfit you picked out.
Tuck in some Ibuprofen or Midol. Headaches are not fun and after listening to daddy for hours you might need some.
Change of Clothing
- Clean panties. You may want to freshen up after intimacy so don’t forget to fold a cute pair into the bottom of your sugar bag.
- Consider packing flats. They may take up quite a bit of space but whining about your feet hurting while you and your POT/ SD are walking down the boardwalk or dancing the night away in heels makes for a dull date.
- If you can fit in an extra shirt. A light feminine camisole folds up small and may be a lifesaver if you spill tomato sauce on your top.
- During colder seasons bring along a sweater to keep warm.
